The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr. Lamido Sanusi has said the current structure of the country was unsustainable. He queried the rationale behind the huge vote for recurrent expenditure in the 2012 budget, saying if he had a choice, he would recommend the sacking of 50% of the civil service and a restructuring of the country.
